English Customer Advisor in Entertainment Sector

Looking for one of its clients in the center ( English Customer Advisor in Entertainment Sector)
Experience & Qualifications:
Very good written and oral communication skills in English
Previous experience in customer service will be a definite advantage
Comfortable to deal with inbound and outbound enquiries
Very good listening and problem-solving skills
Organization & reporting skills
Ability to retain information effectively
Ability to adopt a rational approach to customer cases
Ability to maintain workflow on multiple ongoing tasks with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
Good mastery of Microsoft Office tools
Responsibilities:
Resolve customer enquiries by telephone, email or chat with a positive and service-oriented attitude
Ensure responses are delivered to customers within agreed timescales
Evaluate the nature of customers’ enquiry accurately and determine the appropriate action to be taken
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and positive interactions with customers
Ensure customer enquiries are clearly communicated to relevant Departments / third parties as per set procedure
Apply systematic and logical thinking to solve complex issues
Carry out administrative work and ensure correct information is displayed on all documents.
Benefits:
Basic Salary: Rs 20,000
Double Pay: For work on Sundays and public holidays
Transportation: Provided or reimbursed for round trips
Training: 6-week paid training program
Bonuses: Attendance bonus of Rs 1,000 per month and meal allowance of Rs 2,200 per month; Night shift premium at 15% above daily salary
Performance Bonus: Annual bonus up to 60% of the base salary based on performance, and 100% company-paid medical insurance
Pension Plan: Contribution of 4.5% and work from Home option available after 3 months (one day per week, with an allowance of Rs 440 per month and all necessary equipment provided)
Working Hours:
Days: Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week and one weekend off per month
Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM /Mid Shift: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM/Night Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
